It's that time of the year again -- outdoor classes are here!

What's being offered?

Park PILATES [outdoor] w Eva

Mondays (weekly) @ 6.00pm - 6.50pm

A playful pilates class that thoughtfully links the breath to the movement. We'll gently connect with our core centres + find stability as we move through it all. Layered with ooey-gooey movements, leave feeling more grounded + free.

MOVE AGAIN [outdoor] w Carman

Thursdays (weekly) @ 6.30 - 7.15pm

A full body barre + pilates fusion style class that MOVES. We're taking it outdoors this summer to move again as a community (while still staying 6ft apart) as we challenge our strength, endurance, coordination + balance through layers of functional movement patterns that are sequenced to move you.

strength +STRETCH [outdoor] w Carman

Saturdays (bi-weekly) @ 10.30 - 11.20am

*don't worry, this class is still offered virtually on alternate weeks :)

Half strength, half STRETCH. Inspired by pilates, barre, yoga + dance movement, flow through dynamic sequences that build strength + increase mobility while staying connected to your breath. We'll end with a juicy stretch + guided meditation to ground + rest while enjoying the outdoors.

What should I bring?

  • mat or beach towel

  • hydration

  • sun protection

  • footwear of choice (runners or barefoot)

  • light weights are optional for MOVE AGAIN

Where will we meet?

Monarch Park on Mondays

~ 10 min walk from Greenwood Station or Coxwell Station

free street parking in neighbourhood

Meet at the north-west corner of park

Baycrest Park on Thursdays + Saturdays

< 5 min walk from Yorkdale Station free street parking on Baycrest Ave or Regina Ave

Meet at the south-central part of the park

Please aim to arrive 5-10mins early as we will start/end on time

What if it rains?

Due to the nature of... well, nature, all outdoor classes are subject to changes up to 2-hours in advance and will be moved to Zoom instead. So please check your emails + Instagram if you sign up after the 2-hour mark or if it rained/may rain that day. If you can no longer make it, just let me know before class begins if you'd like to cancel out completely or receive the recording instead.

What about covid-19?

If you feel ill, have been exposed to someone who has been feeling ill or have recently tested positive for COVID-19, please kindly stay home to keep yourself + everyone else safe. Masks can be kept on if that gives you the most peace. We will stay socially distanced in person, and hand sanitizer will be provided.
