what to expect

Whether you are entering a new stage in your life, working with an injury (new or chronic), journeying towards a specific goal or just wanna spend that quality time understanding more about it all, this is where you can ask me all the Qs. We can flow on through, or we can take it real slow. All 1:1 sessions are catered to YOU, with lots of opportunity for feedback + interaction. Personalized with your short term+long term goals+needs in mind, I am committed to being your guide + accountability partner. I believe that you are the expert of your own body and there is no two people who are the same. So I am here to offer new perspectives, sustainable challenges + ongoing accountability but to also empower you to choose + move in the way that serves you best in every moment. In-person sessions are offered at my home-studio (Dufferin + Lawrence) and proof of full vaccination is required. If you are considering 1:1 training in-person together, send me an email and let's book a meeting (at your fav cafe, over the phone or via Zoom) for a free 30-45 minute consultation to see if we'd be a good fit for each other. If you do not see a time that works for you, please specify what your availability is when requesting the appointment. Payments can be made via e-transfer to carman@movementandpurpose.com in singles or packs of 4 and receipts are available upon request. I also offer subsidized rates for folks that are facing financial barriers so don't be shy in letting me know if there is an alternate rate that I can meet you at when requesting the appointment.
