what to expect

Aligning movement with rest in one balanced class. One half MOVE [vinyasa] and one half EASE [restore] First we flow through an active series of postures, sequenced to strengthen and detoxify. Then, we rejuvenate the body + mind with 3-5 passive restorative or yin shapes. All props provided. This class is done to music. Sign up through the Good Space website:
