what to expect

Pilates uses small and precise movements done in repetition to tone and build muscle in the body. A happy muscular system = a more supported life. Uncover an awareness of your posture, a deeper breath, a softened burden of physical demands on the entire skeletal system and an overarching feeling of capability + strength in your day-to-day life.
