what to expect
Vinyasa yoga links movement to breath. Be guided through a journey that builds in intensity, intuits insight from repetition, challenges mental strength through the discomfort of physical exertion and finishes in a meditative resting shape to tie everything off. As we encourage our instructors to incorporate inspiration from their latest trainings, learnings and life experiences, become curious about the dynamic variation that may arise between teachers within the structured bounds of a Vinyasa class.
